Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at New York Life Insurance in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our insurance products and services through live chat- Assist customers with policy information, claims, and account management- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to customers- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Proven experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently- Hardworking and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service- Critical thinking skills and ability to plan and strategize effectively
