Job Description:
LKQ is looking for a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is confident, reliable, and possesses excellent cooperation and research skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage live chat communications with customers, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries- Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and any other questions they may have- Research and recommend solutions to customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with live chat software- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
