Job Description:
Affirm is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and exhibit independence and drive.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Assist with product recommendations and inquiries- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and improve customer support processes- Work on innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong analytical skills- Ability to think innovatively and creatively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools
