Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance and answer questions- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors- Utilize online tools and resources to assist customers effectively- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and goals- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong time management skills- Innovative problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable using online chat platforms and software- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
