Responsibilities
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget• Design fun and exciting itineraries• Sell transportation, accommodation, and activities to clients• Build relationships with suppliers and clients• Manage reservations, special requests, and payments• Finalize detailed itineraries and provide all necessary documentation• Monitor and report booking process and handle any travel problems or complaints• Maintain excellent client service skills• Stay updated with travel trends• Ensure dissemination of guest materials
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business preferred• Passion for travel• Highly organized with attention to detail• Self-driven in a remote environment• Goal-oriented with the ability to set achievable timelines• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus• Professional phone and email communication• No experience necessary, training provided• Must have a laptop or smartphone with WI-FI
