• Trade stocks and currencies using the firm's capital• Follow the firm's trading methodology and risk management guidelines• Utilize swing and position-trading strategies• Work flexible hours, including part-time and full-time positions• Trade either at-location or remotely with high-speed internet access• Undergo extensive support and comprehensive training programs• Adhere to a commitment to long-term gains• Prove oneself to become eligible to trade more of the firm's capital• Participate in the application process and interview with recruiters• Ask questions and discuss suitability for the position during the interview
Requirements
• Background in business preferred• Experience in trading or investing is a bonus• Commitment to following the firm's trading methodology and risk management guidelines• Willingness to undergo training and mentorship• Ability to prove oneself to become eligible to trade more of the firm's capital
