Consolidated Edison is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with tact and diplomacy.3. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers.4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5.
