As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You will assist customers with technical issues, answer their inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Requirements
