Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Capital One Financial in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner3. Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One, ensuring positive customer interactions4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively5. Utilize company systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
