Job Description:

Cisco Systems is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong presentation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer retention- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes- Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer support- Energetic and confident personality- Strong presentation and analysis skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
