Job Description:
J.M. Smucker is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team member for resolution- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Driven and reliable individual with strong communication skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required
