Remote Customer Support Officer

United Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Energetic and confident personality- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Previous experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
