Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery- Develop and implement customer support strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and service delivery- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to drive performance and career development- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field- 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of managing remote teams- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of customer support software and tools- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
