Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:Eversource Energy is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles. As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions- Conducting research to answer customer questions effectively- Negotiating with customers to reach mutually beneficial resolutions- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Hardworking and dedicated to resolving customer issues- Strong research and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
