Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job description:

PulteGroup is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of independence, energy, problem-solving abilities, and persuasion skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers via email, phone, or chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries- Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions- Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support the customer support team

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Persuasive abilities to handle difficult situations and customers effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
