Genesis Healthcare is seeking a driven and motivated Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 3 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in customer success.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our product.2. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues.3. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Develop creative solutions to proactively address customer needs and enhance their experience.6. Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.7. Assist in the development and execution of customer success strategies to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:1. Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a remote work setting.2. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends.3. Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer challenges.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.6. Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is preferred.7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
