Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

PepsiCo is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, driven, and eager to excel in a customer-facing role. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and identify opportunities for enhancement- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term loyalty and retention
