Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team at DHL in San Jose, California. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers through effective communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving. This is an entry-level position, so we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide solutions to help them succeed- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are being met and any issues are resolved promptly- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to increase customer satisfaction and DHL's revenue- Track customer success metrics and use data to drive strategic planning and decision-making- Provide training and support to customers on how to use DHL's products or services effectively- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our offerings

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strategic planning and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and drive results- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
