Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Danaher in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This part-time position requires a hardworking and adaptable individual who excels in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and resolve issues for customers- Lead efforts to drive customer engagement and retention- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer success metrics and key performance indicators- Serve as a leader and mentor to junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 8 years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings with customers
