Job Description:
Markel is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, problem-solving, and creativity.
Responsibilities:- Manage and build relationships with customers remotely to understand their needs and provide solutions- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvements- Track customer interactions and proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction- Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Knowledge of insurance or finance industry is a plus
