Job Description:Target is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and eager to learn. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer questions and concerns- Track customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and services- Assist with data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent cooperation and problem-solving abilities
