Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, passionate, have strong analytical skills, and possess creativity.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services- Assist customers with troubleshooting any issues they may experience with our products or services- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and experiences- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role- Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve customer problems- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
