Job Description:FirstEnergy is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is perfect for individuals seeking an entry-level role in customer service. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, possess problem-solving and analysis skills, and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints- Use problem-solving skills to address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service- Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Motivated and confident with excellent communication skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
