Our small but mighty team at ApplicantPro is looking for a full- or part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our tribe. Not only will you be able to work from home in your pajamas (we won't judge!), but you'll also have the chance to make a real impact on our clients' businesses.

YOUR ROLE AS A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As our Remote Customer Service Representative, you are the champion for overworked HR professionals and hiring managers that come to us for help. You and your team are the face of our company and quite literally the reason our clients love using our software! Whether they need troubleshooting help, advice on how to optimize their hiring process, or want to know if our software can do something specific, you are their lifeline.
You're an outstanding communicator, answering phones, responding to emails, and participating in chats. Your day-to-day workload requires you to use your problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues, and you love coming up with creative solutions. If you can't solve a problem yourself, you find someone who can. Following through and following up are the keys to your success. As someone who easily makes personal connections, you ensure that every client feels valued!
REQUIREMENTS FOR A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Above-average computer skills Ability to discuss additional features, upgrades, or services with confidence Exceptional customer service skills YOUR NEXT STEP While preference is given to candidates who reside in UT, this remote Customer Service Representative position is available for people who live in these states: ID, NV, and UT!
