You and your team are the face of our company and quite literally the reason our clients love using our software! Whether they need troubleshooting help, advice on how to optimize their hiring process, or want to know if our software can do something specific, you are their lifeline.
You're an outstanding communicator, answering phones, responding to emails, and participating in chats. Your day-to-day workload requires you to use your problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues, and you love coming up with creative solutions. If you can't solve a problem yourself, you find someone who can. Following through and following up are the keys to your success.
