Job Description:
WeWork is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, independent, and possess strong leadership and research skills.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency3. Provide product and service information to customers4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction6. Conduct research to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information7. Maintain customer records and update information as needed8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics
Requirements:1. 4+ years of experience in customer service roles2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively4. Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
