Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

PulteGroup is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time entry-level position that does not require any prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, confident, and possess strong strategic planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist with strategic planning for improving customer service processes- Manage customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty

Requirements:- Must be energetic and confident in interacting with customers- Strong strategic planning and people management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently in a remote setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
