Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and motivation.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience5. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the customer service department6. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure clear and concise communication
Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service2. Energetic and motivated personality traits3. Strong innovation and communication skills4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. Excellent organizational and time management skills7. High school diploma or equivalent
