Job Description:

Owens-Illinois, a leading global glass packaging company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing direction and guidance to ensure excellent customer service- Develop and implement customer service procedures and policies to enhance the customer experience- Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts- Train and onboard new customer service team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and leadership abilities- Motivated and resourceful personality traits- Presentation and planning soft skills- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
