Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Danaher in New York City, New York. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote customer service team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a remote customer service team to deliver high-quality support to our customers.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.3. Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members.4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.5. Conduct regular team meetings and trainings to ensure that team members are up-to-date on policies and procedures.6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.7. Work closely with the Customer Service Director to develop and implement best practices for remote customer service.
