As a Remote Customer Service Manager at Facebook, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives located in Dallas, Texas. Your primary duty will be to ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service to Facebook users, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed- Monitor team performance and KPIs to ensure goals are met and exceeded- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proven experience in a leadership or management role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment- Hardworking and dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service
