Job Description:We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at VF in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, adaptable, and have strong research skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Meet and exceed performance goals set by management
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong adaptability and research skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
