Requirements: Previous customer service experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Empathetic and patient with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
