Job Description:

JUUL Labs is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. This position is entry-level and does not require any prior experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency- Provide product information and educate customers on our offerings- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously seek feedback to improve customer service processes- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions- Independent and able to work remotely with minimal supervision- Creative problem solver with strong negotiation skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
