Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members via phone, email, and chat- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience- Assist customers with navigating our products and services, including health insurance plans- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
