Job Description:
TIAA is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for hardworking and resilient individuals who possess strong persuasion and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions- Assist customers with account management and transactions- Educate customers on products and services offered by TIAA- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet target metrics for call center performance
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)- Must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet access- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
