Credit Karma is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Provide training and support to team members to help them deliver exceptional customer service- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer care or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
