Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication from our policyholders, agents, and third parties.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy- Resolving customer issues and questions in a timely and efficient manner- Providing information about insurance policies, claims, and other services- Updating customer information in the company database accurately- Following company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor- Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements:- Resourceful and resilient personality traits- Strong strategic planning and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications- High school diploma or equivalent
