Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, issue resolution, and general account maintenance- Utilize problem-solving and research skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the company database- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues- Meet performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction- Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting- Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail- Ability to research and find creative solutions to customer inquiries- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Previous experience in a remote contact center or customer service role preferred
