Job Description:
Marriott International is seeking a driven and energetic Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions in a timely manner- Utilize communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized assistance- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve performance targets- Utilize company resources and technologies to accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold customer satisfaction and loyalty- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service best practices
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
