Job Description:

Principal Financial is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the financial services industry and work remotely. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by Principal Financial.3. Update customer records accurately in the database.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.5. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.6.
