Job Description:

LifePoint Health is seeking a dynamic Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in a contact center environment, who possesses strong adaptability and drive to excel in a fast-paced, remote work setting.

Responsibilities:1. Lead a team of remote contact center agents to achieve operational excellence in customer service and support.2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve contact center performance and meet key performance indicators.3. Monitor call quality and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement.4. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions for optimizing contact center operations.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the organization.

Requirements:1. 6 years of experience in a contact center environment.2. Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.3. Driven and motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations.4. Excellent strategic planning and critical thinking skills.5. Experience with managing a team and driving performance improvements.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
