Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a hardworking and adaptable individual with strong problem-solving and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a remote contact center team, ensuring that they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Address customer escalations and provide solutions in a timely manner- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience as a contact center manager or similar role- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative nature- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and contact center software- Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
