Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Remote Communications Specialist to join our team at Pfizer in Washington, D.C., US. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication plans to effectively deliver key messages to various audiences, including employees, stakeholders, and the public- Create engaging written content for press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and other communication materials- Monitor and analyze communication strategies to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance Pfizer's reputation and visibility- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform communication strategies and tactics- Assist in crisis communication efforts to address any issues or challenges that may arise- Provide support for virtual events, webinars, and other communication initiatives as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment- Experience in people management or team collaboration is a plus
