Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Home Depot in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical problems with our products or services- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and preferences- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Driven and dedicated personality traits- Strong project management skills- Attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
