Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, we are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in client support roles. This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity for flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote client support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.3. Collaborate with other teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.4. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.5. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.7. Assist in the development of client support processes and systems to streamline operations.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Proven experience in client support management roles.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.5. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits.6. Cooperation and critical thinking soft skills.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.8. Excellent problem-solving abilities.9. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
