Dollar Tree is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, and possess strong people management and research skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels.2. Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting.3. Research and resolve client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.4. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5.
