Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to clients by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat- Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter- Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure a seamless client experience- Update and maintain client information in the company database- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents
Requirements:- Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively in a remote setting- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new processes- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
