Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to clients through various channels including email, phone, and chat.2. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to clients.7. Assist in developing customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction.8. Provide feedback to management on client trends and issues.
Requirements:1. Associate degree or equivalent work experience.2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Energetic and motivated personality.5. Ability to negotiate and present information effectively.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
