Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Domtar in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients and collaborating with colleagues worldwide. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and independent personality.
Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to clients through email, phone, and other communication channels.2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role.2. Confident and independent personality traits.3. Strong persuasion and innovation skills.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.6. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
