Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Delta Air Lines in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about Delta Air Lines services and policies- Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise- Handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and goals
